Episode Description:
A Radamu forest surrounds Godaado's abandoned church. Within, Axe reports in to Omega through
a huge eyed orb growing on a long, flexible stalk. Blade is coming closer, and Axe plans to
finish him off once he is lured into the Radamu Tekkaman's domain. "We'll immobilize that
Pegas unit of his - I'm going to enjoy seeing how well Blade fights me without his armor!"
Godaado smiles. "Very well, Axe, proceed," Kengo/Omega's voice returns through the eye, a
communication device linked directly to the Radamu general. "Do not fail me, Axe. Evil is
positive you will fail - and if you do, it will be HIS turn to fight Blade." "So - Shinya is
pushing to get back into the struggle? I won't fail," Axe replies quietly. The carry-all is
slowly approaching Axe's location. Rebin wants to know what D-Boy plans to do with Axe's
tekkaset, if he can get it. "Not long after I found the remains of Rapier's tekkaset, we saw a
flight of Radamu. I was still holding her crystal when I changed into Blade," he replies.
"There was so much power I lifted Pegas skyward with the energy from the transformation. We
destroyed the Radamu, and when I emerged from Pegas I found we had almost reached the Orbital
Ring. The second crystal had enhanced the armor's ability to channel my bio-energy incredibly.
Each time I use it, however, Miyuki's tekkaset disintegrates a bit more...It won't last much
longer. If I can get my hands on another Tekkaset, especially if it's still intact, it might
be able to give me enough power to defeat the rest of the Radamu Tekkamen and stop the invasion.
"Noal stops the carry-all, saying the terrain is getting too treacherous. D-Boy knows from the
effect of Axe's tekkaset resounding within his own body that Godaado is very close. Godaado can
feel Takaya, too. The Space Knights set out in a jeep, Pegas and the Sol Tekkaman pulled
behind them. The ground, however, isn't even good enough to support the lighter jeep, as it
sinks into the muck. Pegas and the Sol Tekkamen are forced to join the rest on foot as they
get closer to the old church. D-Boy starts to run, leaving the others behind. "Eager for battle,
ain't he," Balzac comments wryly.D-Boy arrives at the old church, and is met at its door by
Godaado. The two walk inside the huge, empty hall that once was a place of worship. Godaado
invites D-Boy to battle him hand-to-hand, minus their armor. The others finally arrive outside,
but Omega's "eye" sees them. The battle inside begins, and Takaya shows he's quite capable of
holding his own against the older man.Outside, Omega's "eye" has the Space Knights sprayed with
sticky fluid. The more mobile members of the group escape the purple rubbery glue, but Pegas
is shortly inundated. Noal realizes that the robot was the true target for the fluid, and he
and Balzac try to shoot the gunk off Pegas to no avail. D-Boy is proving to Godaado that he
can use dirty tricks as well as Axe can. Godaado knows that Pegas is now inaccessible to D-Boy,
and pulls the dirty trick of transforming into Axe when Takaya cannot become Blade. D-Boy,
unaware that Pegas is in trouble, calls for the robot - who cannot respond despite its attempts
to use rockets and such to escape the morass. Aki and the others immediately realize that
Takaya is in deep kimchi, and redouble their efforts to free the robot. D-Boy dodges Axe's
blows, and finally gets outside the church door with the help of Balzac and Noal. Balzac picks
him up and carries him to Pegas. They have realized they can't free Pegas enough to let him
loose from the gluey liquid, but if D-Boy is on the spot they may be able to blast free the
door to the robot's transformation chamber long enough for Takaya can get inside. The living
goo rises to engulf and completely cover Pegas. Balzac is knocked out of the sky in the
process and also engulfed, but D-Boy is now inside Pegas, and emerges as Blade. The power
released by the transformation process blows a mighty big hole in the glue. Noal is thrown
free of the church by Axe's attack, and Godaado arrives on scene to take on Blade. "The fact
you've become Blade won't affect the outcome, Boyo," Godaado tells Takaya. Two Tekkamen clash
in the skies, and Axe tells Blade he'll never get his tekkaset. They land, and Blade is
attacked and held down by the goo as Axe attacks again. Blade's leg is hit by Godaado's axe.
Miri and Rebin are screaming at Noal and Balzac to do something; both Tekkamen Sol have become
entrapped by the living mire. Takaya is still held nearly helpless by the gluey material as
Axe approaches, his weapon held ready. He raises it to strike at his paralyzed foe as the
episode comes to a cliff-hanger ending!
